Zoom for presentations. Helpful for me because I need to put example sentences on slides to illustrate a point but I am presenting in rooms with 50-80 people.

I like the use of the Russian text to reinforce the poor visuals–assuming one does not speak Russian.
Text to speech software is rapidly improving and does not sound like a robot anymore.
You could use this software to help you improve your pronunciation for presentations. It would not be perfect but it would be helpful.
You could also listen to PDF files of article being read on your MP# player.
